      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#008000"&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;QVC online is the ONLY site that keeps shutting down on me! &amp;nbsp;After 20-30 minutes the screen freezes and tells me &amp;nbsp;it's "off". &amp;nbsp;I can meander on Ancestry or Amazon and those sites DO NOT freeze on me. &amp;nbsp;Is this chat so crowded or is the server competing with the sales sites?&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I simply compare experiences using the same factors. The Q should improve their technology and connections IMO. &amp;nbsp;Many other functions are clunky too. &amp;nbsp;Guess I'm spoiled by other online retailers.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;Sometime how old a device you use can make a difference. Sometimes if your device is not up to the current updates it can make a difference. Some devices are too old for current updates.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I use Safari exclusively and don't seem to have the problems others mention.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
