I tried the promo code and it states one or more conditions not met . Not sure why, Read details and there is nothing that states I can't use it ??? I thought maybe was only for an Q card holders , dosent state thst either. Has anyone used it successfully?

I also tried using the Unwrap20 promo code and got the same error message.

My husband actually received the flyer (I did not) and it works just fine for him.

He told me the reason it doesn’t work for me is because… you’re a dedicated buyer that they can count on! 😂

Hi @RescueLover Sounds like what my hubby would say !😹. And it's probably true ! Maybe somehow they know we didn't receive the flyer. I didn't I only read about it here and thought what the heck why not try it . It's really nit fair to. It let everyone use it I feel . I wrote CS about it and received no reply so far. 😺

It doesn't look as though customer service is going to get back to me which is usual as they always have before . It must be they have a way of keeping track of who got those flyers. I don't feel that's fair it should be for all customers not just some . I wont purchase the item after all . Disappointed ☹️

I can't use the UNWRAP20 code. I received a flyer that allows a discount on jewelry, which I rarely buy. Of course, they know that. I agree that it doesn't seem right to exclude some of us.
