Seems like some of the CS&amp;nbsp; reps know less than we do.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I called on an Isaac scarf the other day.&amp;nbsp; It was $5 less two days after being presented on air at full price and of course, I had ordered 3 at the higher price (since they're hard to find these days).&amp;nbsp; Anyway, I digress&amp;nbsp; ... the CS rep told me since it was a "sale price" they could give me the difference on two of them, since the exact item/color must be in stock when you call (one of the colors I ordered had sold out).&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;To be honest, I find QVC's pricing games annoying.&amp;nbsp; So many "sale" categories/names, prices go up and prices go down randomly it seems, unpredictably.&amp;nbsp; I can say this because I regularly check my "wish list" items.&amp;nbsp; They go up, they go down.&amp;nbsp; Heck, I've even seen old, "sold out" items on my wish list go up and down in price when they're not even available for sale.&amp;nbsp; Yikes.&amp;nbsp; Who's in charge of this stuff?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="2"&gt;I think it would be fair to customers to allow them a blanket price adjustment if their item goes down in price within 30 days of shipment.&amp;nbsp; I miss the old days when there were clear price categories an "introductory" price, a "full" price, a TSV price and a "one time only" price.&amp;nbsp; I dont' recall all this nonsense about "sale price, "clearance sale price", "lunchtime" price (which by the way, these days I no longer check in on them since they are not good deals anymore, QVC's loss as a daily price break group could surely drive traffic to the site), "primetime" specials (seems to not be posted on a schedule, why bother looking for it).&amp;nbsp; Oh dear.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Over the past three months, I've received four or five adjustments for items that wenf from a regular price to a sale price; I typically go through the Social Team with these requests but did get one adjustment via chat. I don't ask about changes in any other pricing categories anymore since the policy has become very strict and the responses from the representatives seem fairly inconsistent.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2315"&gt;@bluehydrangea&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- For the past two months, the Primetime Specials have been posted every morning along with the Lunchtime Specials. I'm not sure why they aren't saved for later in the day, but I'll take a deal when I see one! And I've actually still gotten some great bargains even though the prices overall aren't as reduced as they used to be.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It seems like qvc is speeding up the time it puts item on clearance. &amp;nbsp;So that is good. &amp;nbsp;But I agree some of the sales prices are still not good. &amp;nbsp;The Lunchtime Specials are not all the bottom prices we used to see. &amp;nbsp;I saw a $78.50 Logo cotton modal top being sold for $63 as a lunchtime special. &amp;nbsp;I think $63 was the same or close to the price they sold that top for most often, and that price was still too high for me for that top, so I'll pass until it goes to a low price, or pass completely&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;I think confusion reigns with all these new and complicated pricing policies that seem to be changing all the time. &amp;nbsp;The hosts are confused (some say one thing, others say something else), the customer service reps are confused, and the consumer is confused and consequently left in the wind.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;I also think that with the recent layoffs the customer service representatives just aren't as informed as they were years ago. &amp;nbsp;I've had occasion to call a few times lately and while they are pleasant and try to be accommodating, they don't seem like they know much more than reading the same spiel that's on the website.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;And--my personal opinion only--I think that's also why there are so many shipping and return problems. &amp;nbsp;The replacement personnel are having to do more work and have less knowledge than in the past. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#800000"&gt;While I understand that QVC is trying to stay afloat and has to make changes, some of those changes are impacting customer satisfaction which will also impact their purchasing.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
