Received someone else's order, where is mine?

Ok, I never received my $52.50 order. When I opened my bag from qvc, inside there was a d&co pair of jeans size 12.

Well I wear a 2x now and haven't worn size 12 since I was in High School!

But it gets better. My order sheet in the bag was the sheet with all my $52.50 order information on it.

I have been shopping with qvc for over 25 years, but lately many mistakes have been made with my orders. This is making me order less or none at all.

It takes money to send items back, along with the time, driving and inconvenience for me. So I'll donate the size 12 jeans and miss out on my very expensive top.

@Libra2 Mistakes happen. This has happened to me and I either call cs, chat or email them and they will send you another (if in stock) right away. You will need to return the wrong one and they won't charge you for it. The customer service at QVC is excellent.

You can schedule a pickup at your house and you wont be charged for it.

This has happened to me. I called CS and the item I had ordered was sold out. But the good news is it still arrived. So two labels had been generated. I returned the wrong item so that customer would get refunded.

@Libra2. This happens every once in awhile. Happened to me recently. I called CS and got a refund on my order. I wouldn't return what you got unless they will send you a pre-paid label. They will send you another of your item if still available.

Out of millions of orders, they're going to make a few mistakes. I get a lot of clothing but very few errors.

As others have mentioned, don't donate it. Call cs and they will send you a return label which won't cost you anything.

If you can, you can also have the post office come to your home (depending on where you live) and schedule a pick up for free as well.

As others have stated, you won't be charged to return the incorrect item. I would call customer service first before returning however just to explain the situation. They will most likely ask you to return the wrong item but may send out the correct item at that point if it's still available without you having to reorder.

If you need to schedule a home pickup, you can do that.

It happened to me twice in two years with the same item, but mine were sent from the vendor so it was their error. I wasn't charged to return.

If you do happen to get a return charge, simply call customer service and they will credit your card. (That happened to me this year.)

I do think that all the layoffs QVC has had over the last few years has resulted in more errors on their part.

I ordered Bethlehem Lights fairy light strings when on sale $29. They never showed up yet the track number stated it was at my USPS. I visited the USPS and asked hem to search for the track number and they couldn't find it. I believe the package was maybe scanned, put in the wrong carrier's bin and misdelivered with the recipient thought it was their lucky day. I called Customer Service after nearly 30 days and asked for a refund which I received. I then repurchased the same lights they arrived within a week. Just call customer service and request refund or resend.
