I haven't watched today. But yesterday, all day, the guide on my TV didn't match what was actually on. Honestly, I don't know what the reason was, so I am not upset with QVC. Stuff happens.

@Roz123456 - Based on your posts and a check of the program guide online, it seems like you are tuning in to QVC3 and expecting live programming, but that channel only airs reruns. For example, today is obviously Saturday, so a Fri-Yay (silly name for celebrating on a Friday) show would not be live.

In the guide online (at https://www.qvc.com/content/programguide.eastern.html), only the top row that is labeled "QVC" shows live programming throughout the majority of the day; the next row is for QVC2, which shows live programming from 11 AM ET through midnight ET. The rows for QVC3 and "In the Kitchen" list shows that are being aired again after being live shows earlier in the week.

I’ve had that same issue with my guide on my tv. On the qvc program guide it has been correct. Hopefully it’ll be corrected soon on the tv.

@Roz123456 - One other thing you can do is check your time zone to make sure you're looking at the programs that are airing based on your local time. If you're using the online guide (you mentioned clicking, so I think you might be), there's a dropdown menu under the guide grid that you can use to choose the time zone.

During the past week, there have been a few issues with the formatting of the guide as it seems QVC is trying to decide whether to change the style to match the updated style of the "Items Recently on Air" page that spans the whole screen. At times, the vertical line on the guide that should match the current time has been incorrectly placed, matching what would be the Eastern Time zone even if that's not the zone you picked. When that happens, even though it's annoying, I find that changing the menu to the ET zone and then mentally adjusting for my time zone helps me determine the appropriate results when viewing the grid.

(I know that was a bit more complicated; hopefully you'll figure it out and be able to watch what you want!)

In addition to the helpful explanations above, it does also seem that QVC has changed some programming from what it had previously announced to the cable channels (for those dinosaurs like me that still get cable.) For instance, for the 6:00 pm hour today, Saturday, Eastern Daylight Savings Time, my Spectrum on-screen cable guide indicated Polish Pottery, but when I tuned in, it turned out to be Kitchen Aid.

I realize this is a separate issue from correctly interpreting the Q's programs guides online - just throwing it out there. I find this happens quite a bit with all of the shopping channels. Usually the guide at the website is the correct one, and not the one on tv.

Schedules change all the time whether it's an individual's day, a doctor appointment, grocery store stock, or the schedule of a shopping channel.

Whomever or whatever updates the guides on the many tv cable, internet, satellite options may not receive updates in time to make changes.

I don't get the angst over guides, Q's online schedule, etc. Stuff happens. It's an easier life to roll with such minor things.

I saw this with Friyay and LOGO, but also HSN did it this weekend too for show that I saw.
