You have been advertising on the tv that the whole monthg of July is freew shipping for Philosophy. THAT IS A LIE I just called and tried to order thye 8 oz ofP urity and wes told there would be shipping and handling on this order. I said forget the ordetr, once more QVC lies to it's customers ....there are no words how disgusting QVC has become. I seldom shop - thank goodness.

It looks like everything except the items listed as "new" have free shipping.

The 8oz purity is "new".

from what i can see, it doesnt say ALL philosophy products. you can easily clear it up with an email to the social team. qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

not all of the 181 philosophy items listed say free shipping and handling.

The banner doesn't state free shipping on ALL Philosophy, it's free shipping on the largest assortment so some do, some don't.

I have heard the hosts say during Philosophy presentations that Philosophy has free shipping for the month of July. They didn't specifically say on "all" products, but they also didn't specify "some" products.

I agree with original post that this is misleading.

Like the OP, I thought the free shipping was in ALL Philosophy based on an email I rec'd that included this

I have seen "+Free Standard S&H" in all the items I had looked at, but just checked Purity and it does NOT have free S&H.

Agree its very misleading. Should say "select", " certain", "some" products to be clear. Think you have a good argument to make with customer service about this. Largest selection does not imply exclusions.

I guess now we know why Purity wasn't included in the Free Shipping sale. I did not know Philosophy was today's TSV. The fact that they didn't have big bottles of Purity, a staple for many, and that a Philosophy TSV was coming should have been a clue that Purity was the TSV. I have noticed such oddities in the past with favorite products like Josie Maran's Argan oil. I did think the ad was extremely ambiguous, usually QVC lists the dates on which the offers are valid. I buy select Philosophy products that I have found very good (the Peel Pads and the lip balm), but don't care for Purity or the gels of perfumes, which I have tried. I found Purity to be harsh on my skin, but I like the acids, which I find beneficial if pricy

Apparently QVC doesn't care about their consumers. I am offended that they keep promoting Philosophy's Amazing Grace & other Fragrances as wonderful & lasting scents. That is an OUT RIGHT LIE"!!! Coty has changed all the fragrances to the point where they no longer smell like the original fragrance & certainly don't last like they used too! I will no longer purchase any of of their products until they bring back the original formula. Does QVC read any if these posts & I have to turn off the Hosts & vendors when they are on promoting these altered products. They are lying to us & I am truy offended. ***Crisitna Carlino should be ashamed of herself for profiting from her sale to Coty & allowing them to change what was a wonderful product. I am so diappointed & searching for a new fragrance. Any suggestions would be welcomed!!!!

Only suggestion I have is stop watching QVC as nothing will change. Maybe others are not offended and buying. I would not watch anymore if QVC upset me. Lots of places to go to in person and shop or go online and shop and leave QVC behind.

I have ordered from Philosophy Directly & Ulta too! The result is the same, only difference is that I don't have to listen to these people on QVC gushing over defective products. 😢😔
