I would suggest really checking your credit card statement if you make returns. Lately, I have had to send back several clothing items - I think I have learned my lesson on ordering clothes online - (but, that's another topic, altogether!).

Some items were returned 2 months ago using QVC return label and still no credit issued. Also, there have been times when I paid return postage at the post office and am still charged the $6.95 as if I had used their return label. So, I have to call customer customer servce or contact QVC social team by email.

Just tired of the extra trouble.

It seems like every time I pay the return postage myself, I am charged the $6.95 and I have to bring it to their attention. Are the folks doing the returns told to just automatically add that return charge, or are they as a group just poorly trained ? Also tired of the extra trouble.

I agree. I posted this on another thread. I recently realized that I was charged the $6.95 TWICE when I returned two things in the same package. The $6.95 was taken from each of my credits when it should have been only deducted once. QVC social team took care of it. But how many people never check and just assume their credit is right? Is the QVC return department doing this on purpose?

There is probably no human intervention in the return receiving process so the label is machine scanned and the computer just does as it's told and charges the return fee.

I am having the same issue when using my own way to ship it. They still charge me as if I used their label. I keep track of what I shipped using their label (sometimes is cheaper) and when I ship it my way such as the tracking#. You have to be on your toes that's for sure.
