Her gown is very lovely. No train, (not necesssary) no veil, shoes look good with the style of dress. The whole outfit is elegant and not overdone. Some brides go all out which isn't always the best. I prefer this style for a wedding outfit.

Love her dress; scenery pretty but she said only 3 guests and she meant it. I assume his daughter is on the left and that is Gabby and her boyfriend on the right. You are right, they did it their way! I wish them every happiness!

I think it's just a matter of priorities.

A typical wedding can include the budget for a wedding reception hall, caterer, open bar, musicians/DJ, flowers, bridal party gifts, limo, wedding director -- and all the other typical wedding expenses.

Now put that budget instead into renting a helicopter and round trip flights to Italy for five, and you can do it in just about the same amount of money.

It doesn't have to be elaborate or even cost more, just different, and a creative imagination.

What a beautiful bride! I love her gown, and although I haven't followed all of the details, I understand Dennis Basso designed it. It's just perfect!

@Caaareful Shopper - Agree - skip all the festivities and many can afford it. It was probaby less expensive to get married like they did instead of having a regular wedding with guests, etc.
