For I don't know how many years, NYDJ.was always free shipping as well as most ALL TSV clothing was free shipping. Not this weekend. Also I ordered the NYDJ and 15 minutes laater I went basck to change the color of my order and I could not do it. CS said it couldn't bwe changed because it was inb process. That is a ****** lie! So I had to re-purchase to get the color I wanted. QVC....you are playing with dangenr. You are tryuing to get extra money from your customers by not offering free shipping and you are also trying to get money for notr letting us change an order within 15 minutes olf purchase.....by ordering again you are getting more shipping & handl.ing fes. Your new business practices are dispicable....no advantage for the customer....only more money for the failing QVC. And 5 easy payments benefits QVC more than it benefits the customer.

Good bye QVC....I am so through with you!

@grooms. I'd be mighty sure of my facts before making accusations if I were you. You have no way of knowing anything you've said.

What if the vendor is doing thre shipping and is unable or unwilling to take the responsibility of making changes? I've never seen a case where vendor-shipped items could be edited.

The vendor has undoubtedly

been subsidizing shipping and is now unable to do so.

i havent found this particular statement you made to be true at all..... would be nice though.....

All TSV clothing majority of the time is never free shipping. 🤔. NYDJ does usually have it though.

Yes, NYDJ used to be free shipping, but apparently that has changed.

At least QVC does let you change the order after its been placed (most times) many online stores don’t allow that.

Once you hit submit or place order it’s a done deal. 🤗

i have noticed this about BAREFOOT DREAMS also.

it quite often has free shipping, but not ALL the time.
