I think you have cluttered your site, it was so nice and easily navigated before. I had always thought it was well done, now too busy. Simple is better, less is more! Ugh! I guess people want to create a job, for themselves.

life is about changes we should know that. you can't fight city hall, i'm going through major changes with my job right now, to me this is nothing! There's more important things in my life going on than to worry about this site.. We can still order can't we??

Sometimes. It was just last week when Lori G had the TSV that the website was down for about 3 hours or so. And because of that, it was almost impossible to get through to C/S on the phone. A similar situation occurred a couple of weeks ago during ITKWD.
