    <description>&lt;P&gt;Things are just getting worse and worse on this network.&amp;nbsp; Maybe they shouldn't play with their prices so much and they wouldn't have the problem of people trying to get adjustments all the time.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;It's become so ridiculous with "special" pricing (during this show only) and one time only's.........on and on.&amp;nbsp; I have seriously curbed my buying on here.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I do buy more on HSN and so far I haven't had any issues with getting adjustments for things that go on sale after I already bought it.&amp;nbsp; Though they do have some changes in pricing it is not as bad as the Q.&amp;nbsp; Mostly it's the item goes on sale or clearance.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Apparently, QVC has changed their policy when offering a price adjustment for items that have been reduced in price within 30 days.&amp;nbsp; If the item is on "special", then they will not honor the new price.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In addition, I'm frustrated this morning because I shipped a pair of defective sandals back due to a slice in the top of the heel and asked for an exchange (same color, same size), and I get an email today that they have refunded my purchases except for the 6.95 shipping fee to return them - which they decided to keep.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had to call in and get the $6.95 credit but how may people don't notice and just end up paying shipping for defective items.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;QVC, your policies are pushing me away from spending money on your business.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Because of the new policy on price adjustments, I told the rep to cancel the order I just placed.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I had been waiting on the replacement&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and ended up checking on it only to find out I was credited with the return but still charged the shipping. I called and they did credit the shipping and handling, but I was waiting on a replacement shoe that was never on its way after all......sorry to hear about your price adjustment issue. Also, thanks for the info as I was not aware of that policy on"special" items.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I have asked for this adjustment exactly once, when the difference was about 40.00.&amp;nbsp; The next one I noticed was 16.00.&amp;nbsp; I decided to just swallow the amount, the whole idea seemed crazy to me in the first place.&amp;nbsp; So I'm not leaving in a huff, I periodically look for sale and clearance prices and will shop in serenity.&amp;nbsp; What other retailers make this adjustment?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On Friday I ordered a Susan Graver top that was $46.99.&amp;nbsp; On Sunday, that top was a Lunchtime Special for $22.99.&amp;nbsp; That is a $24 difference!&amp;nbsp; I emailed the social team like I always do for price adjustments, and was told they will no longer do that.&amp;nbsp; SO, I ordered it again.&amp;nbsp; It was free shipping day anyway.&amp;nbsp; I will return the first one - along with at least one other item (the awful Belle capri pants) so I will certainly come out ahead.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But yeah, that policy change makes me think twice as well.&amp;nbsp; Over the years numerous things I have bought have gone to a lunchtime special within 30 days of me buying it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Shopping here at QVC since 1986, I have never once checked an item for a price decrease after a purchase.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;I must say, I only buy drastically&amp;nbsp;reduced items, Lunchtime/Primetime Specials, As Is, occasional&amp;nbsp;TSV's and OTO. Rarely does an item drop below these prices. If I do find something I really like but it is full price or just too high for me, I then go to Ebay.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4" color="#333399"&gt;My recommendation is if you are a person that pays full price and then check for a price change for 30 days, yet you want to shop QVC, only buy when the items are greatly reduced pricing. I am never stressed or concerned that my item will drop in price after buying. From reading many repsonses, I think I am in the minority though.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I also pretty much wiped out my wish list recently. I remember after Christmas one year I saved $72 in one week from price drops. And through the years I’ve had many customer service reps tell me they do the exact same thing with keeping track. Lucky for them they get an additional 40% off their purchases. The QVC hosts get 30% off. Most retailers give their employees a discount and I think it’s wonderful! 🤗🤗🤗</description>

Your experience and your thoughts on this are the exact same as mine. I've spent jillions with QVC over the last 30+ years and I certainly don't mind paying full price on something I want. But if QVC wants to say they have a price adjustment&amp;nbsp;policy then it needs to be based in truth and an adjustment should be given if the same item number goes down in price within 30 days. It's irrelevant what "term of the moment" they've slapped on the price. Otherwise, they just need to be truthful and say they no longer make price adjustments...period. What they &lt;STRONG&gt;&lt;EM&gt;have&lt;/EM&gt; &lt;EM&gt;done&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/STRONG&gt; here is silly....and alienating.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
