how to find Jen Coffey's yoga videos

Does anyone know how to find Jennifer Coffey's yoga videos? I thought I saw to go to qvcplus but nothing there I could access. I am disabled but I have heard her say how much simple yoga can help anyone and would like to see her instructions. Thank you.

@westiemama They are all on YouTube. Just put "Jennifer Coffey's yoga" in the search field & all the videos will pop up.

If you have a computer, you can download them to keep & view at your leisure.

@westiemama Jennifer's yoga videos are available on QVC's streaming channel -- plus.qvc.com.

Once there, in the search bar at the top right, enter yoga. Jennifer's Zen with Jen videos come up.

You may get a prompt to enter your email address before the video plays, but it's just QVC wanting to know how many people do access their streaming channel.

There are many free videos on YouTube, which are made especially for people with disabilities, and are taught by yoga experts.

@westiemama - you can find many yoga exercises on You Tube. I don't know the extent of your disability but there are many chair yoga programs. Our library offers chair yoga classes & they pick up people in the van if need be. You might check your local resources.

I never knew QVC had a series for this. Why did they cancel, as I just watched it and it seems like a very good series. I would much rather take yoga classes online with Jen then spend monthly with how today's economy is.
