Height of hosts

Hello all,

Haven't written in a while. A friend of mine said that she went to doctor today, and she lost an inch in her height. I guess that happens when we get older.

Mary D. said on a Denim and Co show today that she is 5 foot 6 inches. Previously, I heard her say she was 5'5 so she gained an inch.

Mary Beth always said that she was 5'4" now she says she is 5'5" so now she gained an inch.

Whats up with that.

I think the Homedics stretching mats combined with Pilates will do it. Courtney does Pilates and grew a 1/2” at her Drs appt last year, she’s now 5’3”. Just make sure you use the heat setting on the mat. 🤗🤗🤗

I think most think they are taller or don't really know. I know I always said I was taller than I was and I shrunk. I wasn't lying I just thought I was.

I know all the models and hosts recently got re-measured for clothing. Perhaps they measured their heights too. Not surprisingly, their sizes all changed quite a bit.

Supposedly, if you use those inversion tables regularly, they're supposed to help you regain your height too.

You are taller in the morning than at night. I am an inch taller when I get a new driver's license.

I used to be 5'4 and now I'm closer to 5'3. I don't have words for why hosts would be getting taller....🤔

Maybe the hosts are measured in height with and without shoes. There is no further explanation for growing unless it is width!!!😁

One can only assume that they have acquired the ability to defy the effects of gravity. Must be from all that stretching of the truth.

I think you're on to something.

When I had surgery this past May, I was surprised they wanted to measure my height...I'd never had that happen. Anyways, I could've left my slippers on, but I took them off.

Apparently, they allow an inch for regular shoes.

I have been 5' 1" ...61 inches tall since I was a teenager. At my last doctor's visit, I measured 5'2" or 62 iniches tall.

I grew an inch in height? I thought maybe my new knee replacement was to blame. I don't know.

Maybe some people get taller as they age.

@Desertdi My 4'11" daughter has only dated average and tall guys. Her husband is 6'5".

I have always been attracted to very tall men too. My teenage boyfriend was 6'8" tall. My husband is only 5'8" but he is handsome and a good guy, so I'll keep him.
