<title>topic CUSTOMER SERVICE??? WHAT SERVICE??? in Q Talk</title>
    <link>https://community.qvc.com/t5/Q-Talk/CUSTOMER-SERVICE-WHAT-SERVICE/m-p/224363#M2941</link>
<description>&lt;P&gt;Today one of the silver "buttons" on my Denim &amp;amp; Co. jean jacket, bought just a few months ago, fell off. They don't give you any extras. Upset, I called customer service to get a replacement. Forget it--they don't do that. That's why shopping at a department store is so much more preferable. At least they try to help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
