      <description>&lt;P&gt;Have used QVC Easy Returns many times in the past.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A few days to get a response, but always get a refund soon.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It's been a few months, but I am using it again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;SURPRISE:&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#FF0000"&gt;No longer an EASY RETURNS BANNER on the top of a page?&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT color="#0000FF"&gt;Went to the bottoms of the Q page and couldn't find Easy Returns under any of the "Returns" info.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Wondering if they are discontinuing it?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any RECENT experiences?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it BURIED somewhere else??&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wondering the same thing. I used Easy Returns twice in the last few weeks. I emailed again after not hearing back after a week of waiting. I usually get a response in a day or two. They did respond and refunded after the second email. I still have not gotten a response for the other return. I'm really disappointed because the process worked so well until now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/55652"&gt;@1Professor&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I had been using easy returns all through the fall and into early Jan.&amp;nbsp; It was several weeks since I used it and made a return on Feb. 12 th.&amp;nbsp; I sent my usual email (I always give all information in the email) and have not heard anything back yet.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;I also have always heard back within a day or two.&amp;nbsp; It's only been 4 days but I needed to call customer service last night for a different issue and I happened to ask about returns.&amp;nbsp; I didn't ask if easy returns was still a thing as I assumed that it was.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;When I do an easy return email&amp;nbsp;I just start with Q and their&amp;nbsp;easy return address&amp;nbsp;pops up.&amp;nbsp; I realize of course it's my computer that has stored the address but I never gave it a second thought.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;So I asked customer service last night if they were having issues with returns.&amp;nbsp; She said that yes, returns were backed up right now.&amp;nbsp; She didn't say why. If I don't hear back in a few days I will send another email.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT face="comic sans ms,sans-serif" size="4"&gt;Oh, and another thing that I do when I ship a return back....I take a picture of the package with the return tracking number (I will add a little note as to what it is) because once I got an email from QVC asking if I knew the tracking number of a return.&amp;nbsp; I was afraid&amp;nbsp;they weren't&amp;nbsp;going to give me my refund if there was a problem but it all worked out.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

For a few months now, I've simply sent my returns without emailing them and had good luck with prompt refunds.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But about two weeks ago, I wanted to exchange an item, so I contacted them the same day I dropped off the return package, hoping to make sure I got a new item and not just a refund. After five days, I hadn't heard anything and my package was scheduled for delivery to QVC that day, so I used chat to request my exchange. Two days later, I got a confirmation from Easy Returns that my request was being processed—but the new item was already on its way to me. When I checked my Order Status page, they had marked the new item as "Returned." Yikes. Fortunately, the new item was perfect and I didn't need to try to exchange it again, or I think it would have been messy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FWIW, I also just searched the customer service / help area of the website, and the Easy Returns process is no longer mentioned anywhere. Searching for anything with "easy" provided mostly "easy pay" info and "returns" yielded nothing about anything specialized, though they now have a step-by-step tutorial for initiating returns online. Searching for "easyreturns@qvc.com" prompted the system to ask if I meant "resurrections" and a search for "qvceasyreturns@qvc.com" asked me if I meant "vesture." Sure, because they'll have articles about those terms...&amp;nbsp; &lt;img id="smileyvery-happy" class="emoticon emoticon-smileyvery-happy" src="https://community.qvc.com/i/smilies/16x16_smiley-very-happy.png" alt="Smiley Very Happy" title="Smiley Very Happy" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

After five days, I hadn't heard anything and my package was scheduled for delivery to QVC that day, so I used chat to request my exchange. Two days later, I got a confirmation from Easy Returns that my request was being processed—but the new item was already on its way to me. When I checked my Order Status page, they had marked the new item as "Returned." Yikes. Fortunately, the new item was perfect and I didn't need to try to exchange it again, or I think it would have been messy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;FWIW, I also just searched the customer service / help area of the website, and the Easy Returns process is no longer mentioned anywhere. Searching for anything with "easy" provided mostly "easy pay" info and "returns" yielded nothing about anything specialized, though they now have a step-by-step tutorial for initiating returns online. Searching for "easyreturns@qvc.com" prompted the system to ask if I meant "resurrections" and a search for "qvceasyreturns@qvc.com" asked me if I meant "vesture."
