Couldn't sign in to Community Forums or my account for 3 days - anyone else?

I'm just wondering if anyone else had this problem??? I had not been able to sign in to the Community Forums or my account for - this would have been the 3rd day.

I was just getting ready to call and ask for help when I tried again and I got in!

Was curious if it were just me - or if others had this problem!!! ???

Yes, me - @AngelPuppy1 For two days now I've been locked out of my account as well. Happened yesterday, I called and CS unlocked my account and sent me an email to reset my password. I did that, it worked yesterday all day.

Then this morning same thing, locked out. Called again, reset password but it did not unlock my account. I went back to email to reset password, changed it again. Nothing. I did this about three times back and forth nothing.

Then just now I tried a couple of the passwords I used and finally I'm in and back again. I asked CS if she knew why this happened again, no clue. I also asked if anyone else was having the same problem, she said I was the first today she's hearwd from so far.

Convinced this is their tech problem if some of us are experiencing this same dilemma as I've tried other sites I get into with no problems at all so I know it's not me nor my computer.

I hope this problem doesn't continue as its tiresome. Perhaps the Tech Team here needs to get this problem fixed so we as clients can continue to move freely on into our accounts here.

Glad you finally got in, although it really gets on your nerves when this happens. The first day, I thought - well, they must be doing some work and I didn't have time to check into it further. The second day --- I thought -- must be something wrong in my computer settings, although what I would have no idea. I was not having issues with anything else. This morning it was the same thing. I must have tried at least 10 times! I kid you not --- I had the phone in my hand and was just getting ready to dial for help when I tried one more time and magically --- I got in! So, what is or was going on --- who knows???

@AngelPuppy1 All this makes me afraid to sign out for fear this will happen again as it did today from yesterday. But I WILL NOT leave my account left as still signed in. Who knows what could happen then!

I have same problems logging in from time to time and it's been like that for years.

My feelings exactly! I won't leave mine signed in either. I tried to look to see if others had expressed that they had issues but I couldn't find anything. I find it hard to believe that we are the only two???

Has been a problem for me too-----for 3 days. I get the message to call the Q. Also, I no longer receive the TSV emails for a month. I have called 4 times and someone is going to fix/figure it out and-----------nothing. I gave up on that. I get other emails like confirming an order, etc.-------just don't receive TSV email. This is only a problem on QVC as I receive all other emails like HSN etc.

Same. I get their e-mails which I don't care about. I just want to be able to sign it and not receive the "Something is wrong --- contact..... ".

I called CS and nice lady said "I will unlock my account" Why is my account locked? She said "oh, the system just does that sometimes" She sent a link that said "your account has been unlocked" And I did reset my password. But I still could not get into Q.

The third try a CS rep said sometimes you have to give the system a few hours to reset.

As a test, I ordered an item by automated order on my phone (not app) and it was accepted so I felt like it was a tech glitch and not some kind of problem with my account in any way (like fraud etc)

@QPrincess I thought I had stopped receiving TSV emails from QVC also. I use to receive back to back emails shortly after the midnight airing from SHopHQ, QVC and HSN. For a week or two I thought QVC stopped sending these TSV emails since I was only getting HSN and ShopHQ's. I realized I actually was receiving the TSV email but not until morning, several hours later.

I still receive the midnight emails from the two shopping networks but QVC is continuing to send their's mid-morning for some reason.

Plenty of problems here. stupid message pops up saying "mmmmmm something must have gone wrong

try again to log in" . If the 'continue' space is black your out of luck. It won't let you put in password if space is black.You can try 10 different things and do a couple of restarts, but, it won't let loose of you.

Just have to wait and try again later.

Very annoying.

Used to happen quite frequently.

Just before a three or four day holiday.

A few times, after trying over and over again for a month or so.

Thank goodness, I'm having good luck for quite a while. A couple of years or so.

I'm thanking my lucky stars that all is well, signing in.

i had this trouble yesterday, the 27th of january, but i switched to my firefox browser and it was working fine. i then went back to my edge browser last night and everything was working again.

Occasionally if can't log into QVC account I switch browser.
