I just saw Mary Beth, in a professional and business-like manner, shake hands with rep George Brecia of Logo. It was like a breath of fresh air.

Can this be a wonderful new trend at QVC? No huggy kissy.

I think Mary Beth is very professional. I'm not sure if I have ever seen her hug and kiss anyone.

I just saw her a few minutes ago hug the lady selling slipper socks. They mentioned looking a lot like sisters.

@Kachina624 I haven't seen Mary Beth in forever so decided to look to see her. She looks terrific and sounds the same.

So now I'm back to watching the Andy Griffith Show.

I prefer bumping fists if someone feels they need contact. My real preference is hello from a few feet apart. I am not a hugger and do not want to be hugged by others. I like my own space. Probably that can be contributed to my introvert state of mind.

Even before the pandemic I never shook hands with anyone--Ugh! And except for close friends or family, no hugs. Doing so by salespeople is so phony.

@Group 5 minus 1. After she finished with George, she commenced hugging and kissing everyone else. Maybe he's made it known he doesn't want close contact. If so, I wish others would do the same.

You haven't paid attention to MB; she's a big hugger/kisser.

@On It. Lol. You must not really be from Texas. They are a state of huggers. I never liked it either and try to avoid hugging, but when I was in Texas, they always nailed me.

She's too syrupy-sweet ad nauseum. She bought two of the TSV sneakers an three of the D&C cardigans. Then we hear about the grand-children and repetiive colors of the sneakers and listening to "how to put on the sneakers and lace them." Really??? I would think we all know how to put on seakers and lace them up by now.
