Help...current guaranteed shipping method??

If you have recently ordered a small package item from QVC and it has shipped with the guaranteed Christmas delivery they're offering, can you look on your order and tell me what shipping method QVC used? I want to get some jewelry and normally those are shipped with Mail Innovations. That method has been taking over three weeks to get to me!

I'm assuming QVC will have to ship these items strictly via UPS or in some kind of expedited manner. I'm okay with UPS and even UPS Surepost shipping....but not Mail Innovations.

Why not Priority mail? The longer you wait to order something, the more you'll pay in shipping, of course.

When ordering last minute, there's always a possibility that the weather will mess up the shipping routes. QVC or any other retailer can't do anything about that.

Let's face it, the worst that can happen is it'll arrive late. A bit disappointing, but not a disaster.

The only thing I ordered with guaranteed delivery isn't small and wouldn't come via Mail Innovations, but that order specified "Holiday Delivery" while all my other orders say "Standard Delivery".

One of my items came straight UPS and arrived yesterday (it shipped the day I ordered it, which was Monday) and the other is currently in transit to arrive Tuesday.

Not sure if that helps you, but I thought I'd relay my experience.

Don't trust QVC "arrives before Christmas" guarantee! My Dennis Basso TSV is now back ordered. This is the second year in a row that this has happened. @PansyBoo

@PansyBoo Hate to be cynical, but I've been tracking a package that apparently hasn't moved from where it sits in a UPS warehouse for 4 days now. The vendor delayed sending for far too long and now UPS has added more delay days. I had called QVC CS early this month, so I already knew it's being shipped directly from the vendor.

Fortunately, I'm not waiting for a gift - the delayed order is from me to me - and there's very litle money involved. So glad I put this package of EZP. I'd be shooting evil darts if I were losing actual money while I wait.

There is still a certain selection of items that are guaranteed delivery by Christmas if you order by 12/19.

I saw & heard that as long as you order before noon this coming Tuesday it's guaranteed to arrive before Christmas...if it's an item presented on air.

IMHO, anyone who waits until December 1 or later to order from Q is taking a chance that it won't arrive by Christmas. Q has many years of being known for slow shipping, especially when it comes directly from a vendor.

Pay for a faster shipping option or take your chances.

Thanks to all who replied to my question! I did take the plunge and ordered three jewelry items this past Saturday, the 16th. They didn't ship for two days and I was a bit concerned. But they shipped via UPS and two items are out for delivery today...WOW. And the third item states it will be delivered two days from now on the 21st.

I ordered the Philosphy Purity Made Simple duo with shower gel early Saturday morning and I received it Monday. It's not a Christmas gift so I was in no rush to receive it. It was delivered by UPS.

I had a piece of jewelry ( for me, from me) delivered today, a day early, via UPS. Of course, the package was so light that I found it in my garden, hooked on to a decoration. (It is windy here.) But I am delighted by the quick delivery.
