      <description>&lt;P&gt;The online chat isn't working for me. I ordered Valerie’s Set of 6 Glitterburst Picks in two colors. I wanted to do a tree topper like she did. They sent the wrong item instead of one of the sets of picks. Of course they are sold out. The second set is useless to me without both colors.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will I have to pay return shipping on the second set? I would not be returning them if they hadn't messed up my order and I don't want them.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can return both with no shipping fees. The CS person agreed, and I bought two items with the idea of them working together.
