Why do they make it so hard to read reviews? For a while, you would click and click and reviews never would come up. If they did manage to go to reviews none would show up. Now, they are whited out and have been for a while. So frustrating.

@MG Chris No problems reading reviews on my desktop comp & 15 yr old MacBook Pro. I can see reviews just fine.

Provide item number(s) so someone can post them for you.

@MG Chris. Try temporarily using a different browser. I use Chrome on an Android tablet and have never been unable to view anything on QVC.

Switching to Chrome solved it for me. I use my iPad and can't see the reviews on Safari anymore.

@MG Chris. There have been on-going problems with QVC and Safari for years. You can use an additional browser and switch whenever you wish. I always have at least two.

It's not you. I use an IPad as well and use Safari. I can't see the reviews either. I switched to Chrome and it worked.

@MG Chris @Are you updated? I'm on a Pro with Safari and I can see them. I did not update to OS17 yet. I'm on 16.7

Likewise. I'm not sold on updating to iOS 17 yet. Too many issues with battery life and funky things going wrong.

@MG Chris - I've been having issues with the "faded" or "background" presentation of the reviews for a few days now as well; it doesn't happen every time I browse, though, so the cause isn't clear. There's another thread on this topic—it appears this is affecting some users but not others, and also not all the time for everyone. I suspect there is some kind of new dialog box or pop-up message QVC is rolling out in phases that is unintentionally covering information (the areas above and below the reviews show up just fine), and eventually, this may affect more users. I hope they get the kinks worked out soon.
