Oh so I miss Chris. She has such a natural easy going personality. Hope they find a really good replacement for her soon.

Her replacement will come from the vendor, Lock and Lock, not QVC.

It seems like Patti is the replacement. Chris replaced her years ago and it seems she is back.

Maybe she is the permanent Lock and Lock vendor now.

Chris was great—so sweet, genuine, fun, and helpful. She will be missed, of course.

Patti has resumed her role as the primary LocknLock representative for QVC instead of sharing that responsibility with Chris. I actually feel kind of bad for her because the hosts seem to feel the need to keep mentioning Chris during every presentation instead of just introducing Patti as they would any other rep and then handling demos and descriptions as usual. Patti handles it well, but it's awkward, so I hope they'll stop soon since I would guess just about everyone is aware of Chris' retirement by now.

We miss her too! She has such an easy style about her and really knows the product. Loved to watch her whenever she was on, especially with David. She always seemed as though she would be a blast to hang out with.

I miss Chris I like Patti but wish she would stop saying "You know what" I watched one night and 15 minutes into the show I counted she said it 12 times so sorry I had to turn the channel.

Chris and Patty sound identical to me. Chris said you know what all the time. Their decibel level is identical. Besides that, the L&L presentations are mind boggling with all the wasted food, colors, amount sold, frequency of presentations, etcetera.
