STOP PETTING THE CLOTHES

Could the hosts stop petting the clothes over an and over and over !! It is ridiculous - we get it is soft the constant man handling the garment is nauseating and do we need to stretch it out 10 inches ?!

If I were as insanely happy and dancing and laughing and ecstatic just doing my daily chores....

Petting the sheets and blankets as I make my bed...

Grinning at myself in the mirror when applying makeup...

Stretching out my clothes as I dressed....or whirling around in my newest bathrobe inspired "coatigan" or shacket before going out in public...my feet in bedroom slippers....

"Happy Dancing" as I tasted EVERYTHING that goes into my mouth....accompanied by a YumYum eye roll....

Spending hours in the shower playing in bubbles while my septic tank fills up while I use a tank of hot water....

To bedtime again... when I lift and billow and then "puddle" the sheets to see how soft, or pet the blanket for an hour...

I'd check to see if I was hospitalized with delusions.

I think we watch too much shopping channels.....!

@Cole48. They pet the clothes at QVC? Wow, that sound really serious.

I could do without the bubble routine over and over with body washes. They do it for the entire presentation as well as showing over and over the fingers into jars of cream.

The fingers into those giant tubs of creams and ointments...bleeecchhhhh!!!!

And most of that glop is kept in the damp bathroom...a haven for bacteria growth....

Marketting genius though!!! You buy that huge tub-o-glop, contaminate it with stuff from under your nails or on your fingertips, then have to toss it and buy more after you develop some kind of skin rash or worse....

I have a few small tubs of Beekman Body cream, and am using them up...I have a cup with plastic picnic spoons in it beside the little tub of stuff....and I use a spoon ONCE then wash it...

No more tubs.

I will have whatever they are having. Even though I like the cosmetics, clothes, etc I rarely get that ecstatic, happy dance moment. 😉

@Othereeeen "I think we watch too much shopping channels.....!" I think some of you do! I come here to read the comments, can't remember the last time I watched more than 2 minutes of any QVC presentation. Too funny!

They probably do this more often than they need to, but I actually like it when they run their hands over the fabric of a garment, blanket, or other fabric—it often helps me see how the material lays and drapes and can be especially helpful if it's some new fabric formulation they've come up with or something I haven't experienced in person.

I forgot....!!!Aside from petting, tugging, grinning, happy dancing and yumyumming and bubbling......

Meat Squeezie!!!! (Where various cuts of meat are manually tortured, squeezed, manipulated, scorched, slapped, cut into with sharp knives, probed, sliced into slices, coins, chunks, diced, broiled, seared, breaded, glopped with goopy BBQ sauce, or otherwise di- or vivisected to allegedly show how tender and delicious they will be on YOUR plate!!

But .....squeezing is the premier way to demonstrate this....especially when using injected meat products!!!

That's why I reserve my "special designation" on days when meat is offered as a TSV ....as "Meat Squeezie Days" on QVC!!!

Close up camera work, blood dripping, oozing clear and cloudy lipids.(or fat, which they slyly describe in glowing terms as "marbling" (as if we don't know that means FAT!!!)...all designed to entice you to call in for these special magical meats that are in no way different than what you can buy in your local market....!!! ( Which is where I think they get it for the demos....ever notice all that Wegman's food being used?!?!??!? )

Of course, you can't squeeze the _______ out of it in the market!!! Well you CAN, but you'll likely be escorted from the meat department post haste!!!!

They also do a bang up job of torturning those little balls of chocolate candy ( Lindt truffles)... slowly probing thier exposed centers with pointy daggers to demonstrate how creamy dreamy the filling will be in your mouth!!!
