QVC Live Chat?

Has anybody else noticed that the Live Customer Chat is not working? This is the second time I've tried it this week and I keep getting an error message.

@patticakes I haven't tried QVC's Live Chat, but I know that twice within the last week I encountered "no live chat" messages. I'm not putting in names of the companies because I didn't note them anywhere. I have an out of sight, out of mind existence, so I already have no idea what I was trying to accomplish.

@patticakes I've noticed that and also I wasn't able to log into QVC. I usually use Google Chrome so I tried Microsoft Edge and it worked.

I tried this morning and I can't even open it up. I using Edge.

@patticakes, it worked for me using the Chrome browser this morning. There were several times during the week that I had issues signing into the QVC site. I kept getting a message telling me "something went wrong and to call QVC customer service". I just waited and was able to sign into the account after several attempts. I have no idea why it's happening but hope it's fixed soon.

Ha, and I use Edge on a desktop and can NOT get live chat to work.

Switched to Firefox and works fine.

Go figure!

I'm using Chrome on a desktop computer and it seems to be working fine. I used it yesterday to get help with an exchange and it worked fine then as well.

I miss the "Live Chat" for handling order problems. I thought I read that they were discontinuing that feature. It was a few months ago.

Someone had the same problem on 9/27, and at that time moderator Wayne said the Live Chat option was operational and to try a different browser.
