Website Problem: Items recently aired

I click on the link, but it takes me to a sign in screen. I try to access a show's items through the program guide, but it takes me to the sign in screen. I sign in, but it stays on the sign in screen instead of taking me to the items in the show. I'm using my iPad and cleared all history, but I still can't access the lists of items.

it does that to me too when the item is sold out

I'm just trying to look at the items that were available in various shows, but it doesn't take me to the list. I just get directed to a sign in page.
