Have tried to get thru to Customer Service both yesterday and today but have not been able too. Had a question. But now I might lose the free S&H from yesterday. Anybody know what is going on? One message even told me that the tel no I dialed was no longer in service. One time it told me that I reached the Quarate CO. What? Anybody?

@Fribwl If you scroll down to the bottom of this site, you will find CS phone # as well as a link for the Chat feature.

Another CS phone # - 1-800-345-1515 which is always on the TV screen.

Another option.......

Suggest you send an email to: QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

Include your ORDER NUMBER in the email. The MODS/Social team will sort this out for you.

@Fribwl I've never used it but did you try the live chat? You can find it at the bottom of the qvc.com home page.

I called 1-800-345-1515 and finally got a customer service rep to solve my problem from beginning to end. She was great.

Thank you again ladies. That was very strange.

Their live chat works very well.
