Prices on mailing slips

Why oh why are the prices not printed on the mailing labels??? I find this very frustrating!!

@bargainsgirl You'd prefer the value of the order printed on the outside public shipping label or want the cost of postage shown, not sure what you're asking?

@rockygems123 I think she means the packing slip (contained inside the box). It used to show how much we paid for an item but lately, mine are left blank in the dollar amount area.

I got several packages today from QVC and all of the prices are there on my invoice.

So I'm confused!

Not being a smarty pants here, but it's frustrating that we don't know what you're talking about.

Are you referring to the mailing label attached to the outside of your package that the carrier uses to deliver it? ( Personally, I wouldn't want anyone to know the value of the contents).

Or are you referring to the packing slip that comes with the contents?

You do not receive invoices from QVC because that's a bill, and we've already paid for it, one way or another.

Please clarify what's so frustrating.

@bargainsgirl I don't remember the mailing price to ever be on the mailing label itself but when you start a return I do believe it tells you how much the cost is to mail via USPS or UPS

TO CLARIFY: I meant the packing labels (mailing labels are attached so confusing). NONE of my packing labels have had prices for the last few months. I find it strange. So now I have to go back online to make sure I was charged correctly.. Really a pain if you order more than one product at a time which I rarely do but still...I will be calling customer service about this to see why this happens.

@bargainsgirl Are you referring to the return mailing label? When they process your refund it should show the return postage that was charged

That is reallly weird.

The only possible explanation I can think of is that somehow your account might be set up to send your packages as gifts, which don't have the prices listed on the packing slips.

The next time that happens I suggest you take a photo of the slip and email it to the moderators here. They seem to be able to take care of many of the strange glitches that happen.

@spumoni99 :My Mom was the same way. Always hiding prices and money from Dad. I think that is not right.

I guess you didn't see the LOL at the end...nothing is hidden. I also make as much money as he does and in fact make more in retirement than I did while working so I don't need to hide anything.

DH & I have separate finances. We don't open each other's mail or packages.
