@FranandZoe I have no trouble submitting reviews but they never get posted since they installed the new system. Q's website is a hot mess. The more they update it the worse it gets. In addituon, what's the purpose of being able to ask a question if they never get answered or it takes months to get an answer

@Teddixat The only way I know I might get an answer is if I call and it's information all the reps have. Now that so much CS in all sorts of companies isn't done from a company space where there are hundreds of reps and a few supervisors, I find getting information really difficult.

I wish it were only QVC - I buy little and even then almost always a replacement product, so no questions.

My issues involve contractors or financial companies when they don't respond to texted questions.

Ok I will try again. I do review most products but then I often don't go back to see if they are posted. A's review process is now (more often than not) a mess too.

I haven't had issues with writing reviews. Someone had mentioned going under your order status, go to the order you want to review and hit view order. There is a place to click on to "write review". After two days I receive an email stating my review is live.

Yeah the questions are another thing. Why do they bother with them when they don't answer? Hot mess is right.

I was able to write a review but am having trouble lately reading them. Sometimes an item will show it has reviews and then it shows none at the bottom of the page. I've just updated my Chrome browser so I know my computer is current.

I posted several reviews yesterday very quickly with none of the optional additions and no problems whatsoever. Every time there's the slightest change to anything on this website, some people go into a tailspin.

As far as I can tell, this new process is to eliminate people leaving reviews who haven't actually bought the item. That's been a pet peeve for many of us for years.

The way they're doing this is to have everyone go into their orders and select the item there. I wrote a review last night and had no issue, didn't have to put in a picture or video. Just start from your order page.
