Their clearance prices often make me laugh. $5 or $10 dollars off of am already overpriced item as of late.

Yes, many of the "sales" are laughable! Jayne was on the other day and the item--I think a pair of D&C pants--was on sale for $29 and she said where else could you get a pair of pants for this price. Plenty of places--LOL!!!

😂😂😂 TSV prices are over-hyped to reel you straight into the net.

The follwing day, or for several days after, the TSV price is only $2 or $3 dollars higher.

No doubt the prices are high. I'm watching Kim and Jayne during lunch, and Kim's pricing is really high.
I k ow everything now days is expensive but 62.00 for a rayon spandex top is a sure sign.
I was in KOHLS the other day and they had sales, some 40% however when the original price is insane the sale price isn't much idea of sale. At MARSHALLS I purchased 3 tops, n ame brands on clearance 10.00 each.
You gotta know what you need. What you like, and the goal is buying for less.

In my opinion, yes - many of the prices are very high on QVC for clothing. I have still however continued to purchase items, but try to get them when the price is reduced. Also, I have cut back on my purchases.

In my experience, the quality of QVC clothing has always been exceptional, so I always do keep that in consideration. I have LOTS of clothes so I do not wear any one piece over and over. I have some pieces of QVC clothing (Fashion Formula, Sports Savvy, Denim & Co., etc.) that are over 20 years old and I'm still wearing them as they still look great - no fading, seams have not broken, etc.

IMHO, there is a diff in quality at stores like Kohls, Marshalls, Walmart etc....even Macy's.

If I were to B&M shop (which I do not) ...I would head to Talbots, Anne Taylor ...stores where I may pay more, but get much better quality items.

We are all free to buy and enjoy what we choose from where we choose.

I consider some of my pieces are investments if I keep them for years as opposed to one season.

I got some cute some tank dresses cheap at Aldi's. After 2-3 washes, they were now 'house dresses'...pilled and faded. Sometimes you get exactly what you paid for.

I watch LTS and ODO for future clothing purchases since I don't really need a thing!

QVC will also adjust down to a lower price for 30 days from date of order.

I had a previously purchased pair of pants on my wishlist for months. They were at a clearance price but I was waiting for the price to go down further, lol! On Saturday with free shipping I decided to get another pair. Two days later the price increased by $15. Go figure.

I find their prices high. I buy by color, and style. My purchases are online from Blair or Zulily. In store purchases, Walmart. I get loads of compliments everywhere I go. Not wanting to spend what is presented on QVC, sale or not.

Maybe it's what's I see, but the Q really likes that 50 to 59 dollar price point. There must be some mathematical profit coming off that price point lol.

I don't shop the Q. It just doesn't impress me much. I do better and stay in budget in a store. Touch it, try it, and can see it. That shipping charge is just too much.
I'm a simplest and more and more I buy less and less. Haven't hit the minimalist state yet but it could be near. I'm into saving and buyingbonky what I need.

So far I have had good luck with "as is" purchases. Needed a few fall tops and found some Quacker Factory that arrived perfectly in the original packaging. I would have never paid the full price for them. Often the size M are sold out but I was fortunate to find these.

I agree the clothes prices are getting way too high. They are more in the $60s than $50s and I thought $50s was too high. I have bought items in that ridiculous range because I really wanted it. I have passed on much, much more because it was too high that I only so-so wantes. People are still buying, including me, so it must be working. The shirt I got this week I haven't tried on yet. If I saw it in the store would I have paid that price? No. Will I return it? Probably not due to hassle/shipping cost. Will it prevent me from impulse shopping a $60s or higher shirt in the future? Yes. Will I stop buying clothes altogether from Q? No.

Me too. I have many Denim & Co. tops that must be 20 years old and look new. My secret is change when you get home. I designate things for home wear. Spaghetti sauce and salad dressing are the worst. I think they are well made. Pants too.

I watch for entertainment when bored. Qvc merchandise can be purchased elsewhere for 1/3 the price.

I think years ago the clothing on QVC was exceptional with lines by Linea, Dialogue, Simonton, etc. Now not so much. I can get the same at Kohl's.

I have a couple of Kim Gravel tops that I bought last year. I absolutely love them, they are feminine, and I feel good when I wear them. However, even though I see a couple more that I really really want, her prices are way too high now. 60+ dollars is too much for a rayon span top. With the economy the way it is, I just can't justify it. Hopefully they will go down in price eventually.

I recently wanted a dressy blouse or jacket for a wedding. I went to a very large mall and went in every single store (about 25) and found nothing. I decided to go to Marshall’s and was thrilled to find the perfect blouse on clearance for $10. I can’t wait to go back there!!

A pair of Cuddl Duds p.j.'s on "sale" for $50? 😂😂😂😂. Just because you say it's on sale clearly doesn't mean much. Q shoppers need to start doing comparison shopping online. You're overpaying for so so much. I've quit the Q. No longer makes any sense. And charging for returns is just unheard of for most retail stores online. Get smart!
