Yet ANOTHER weekend of xmass junk on the air....well at least I won't waste so much time watching or checking the Q this weekend. I am one of those who only likes Xmass in December...not in the heat of summer!!

I bought a few things. I like it because I like to start thinking about how I will decorate. I look at pics from previous years to see what worked and what didn't. I don't like to do the same ole, same ole every year. I can purchase based on that. It helps because then I can just put stuff in place when I do decorate. My Christmas decorating takes me about three weeks.

I already have my fall/Halloween decorating planned and am working on Christmas and winter.

Love CIJ. Good change from the ****** that is the regular programming. Pick up some nice decorating tips also. Have been watching CIJ for many, many years. Keep a good thing going!

I accomplished a great deal this year with QVC's Christmas in July.

A number of food gifts planned and ordered.

I welcome the opportunity to organize ahead and have things in place.

Christmas in July is overkill. I rarely watch the Q anymore anyway except for a couple shows. Wouldn't watch one second of CIJ

Yeah--not a fan either, I don't watch those specific programs or the 24 hr marathons in July but......I did see todays TSV and bought the tree. I live in a tiny place with no room for a big tree and that one fit my need, was alot more reasonable with many bells and whistles than the ones I was looking at. And if it ends up being a bust--I have til the end of Jan to send it back. Got the blue spruce one.

Have really been enjoying the CIJ programming. Lots of nice items presented. However, I would have liked to have seen more free S&H.

Calm down. So what that you and asome others dont like programming. There is programming others are not interested in but you dont see the posts about it being filled with such disdain, negative commentary and sometime outrage..

December is too late for some people to catch things on sale, buy things still available or have time to do all the planning, i for one am then enjoying the season at that point, reaping the bounty from my planning and enjoying events.

I got the TSV tree and candles from Slatkin. I’m partial to CIJ bc I’ve celebrated it since I was a kid. But…

I just had to mute my TV bc KIRSTEN keeps SHOUTING. Like full on shouting and I’m only on my first cup of coffee.

Looking forward to watching during this heat wave -just hoping for no chewing with food and talking at the same time.

I just tuned in, SMQ is on. Why is Kersten shouting so loud? Then Alberti shouts over her, and Chad Johnson is just standing there holding a wreath, with a big smirk on his face. While the other two compete for air time, Chad can barely get a word in.

Hosts can be a real deal breaker for me when deciding whether or not to watch.

I am really saving money by not buying on QVC now--especially with the Christmas in July overkill and the high prices on everything else. I went into a Kiirklands this week and was flabbergasted to see the whole store in fall, Halloween, and Thanksgiving stuff. I guess next week it'll be Christmas there as well! Yes, I realize the fall stuff is probably okay but the whole store?! I'm sure some people with big families (which we don't have) find early Christmas shopping to be good though. But lately all the stuff shown is just blah to me and I've tuned out more than ever. Just my two cents of course....

I have also enjoyed Christmas in July shopping with QVC for a long time. It's something different to watch in sweltering summer and gives customers a chance to get a jump on holiday shopping if they so choose. And being able to make returns on the items through Jan. 31st is a big plus!

What I don't like is when people use Xmas, or in this case, Xmass, as a shortened version for Christmas. I'm familiar with the origin of the abbreviation and certainly understand it is used "commonly" by many. But I don't get the point. Are they just too lazy to type out five extra letters...very important letters at that!

I will not be celebrating "Xmass" in any season or at any time of the year. But I will celebrate Christmas wholeheartedly later on in December and enjoy Christmas in July programming at this time of the year with QVC....hopefully for many more years to come!

LOL, I channel surfed and saw Kerstin wolfing down some kind of candied nuts? Considering I have seen her Insta account and she fasts most of the time and rarely eats, I thought how disingenuous trying to sell something she condemns eating in her own life.🙄

@Trinity11 its Kirsten's job to sell items. I have to do things in my job that i dont subscribe to in my personal life all the time...buts its my job.

Im sure she does not completely swear off sweets in her life,otherwise she wouldnt eat a morsel of it so not sure what you are looking for with the comment sheesh.
