Received D&C bleach denim palm linen shorts & loved them. Ordered another pair in the coral palm print. Just rec'd - the package is labled coral palm print but the item is the bleach denim palm print. Sending them back - with request to refund shipping & return shipping costs plus cost of shorts since they sent wrong item. Anyone else have this happen & did they refund the shipping costs?

Not for the item you ordered, but yes for a couple of my orders I received refunds for items and shipping, also return shipping.

@shoptheQ. Anyone who has shopped much online anywhere has received the result of mistakes having been made. It's not unusual. Orders are filled by humans and they make a few errors.

In such cases, QVC refunds all costs including all s&h both ways. Check your refund when you get it and if it's not correct, contact cs.
