      <description>&lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I have noticed the same thing happening.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I just wrote email to customer service........please do the same, if enough of us make the request maybe they will fix it.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;I also have a problem with "items recently aired" on my tablet when I access qvc through the browser.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;Maybe someone will answer my observation.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Running iOS current version. Clearing website and history data didn't work. Videos working fine on .com, just entirely missing the product demonstration/video window from the app. An unsatisfactory option from the app is to add the item to cart, once it's there click on it and the item comes up like on .com, then select photos or video. Just be sure to delete from your cart if you don't want to purchase. Like I said, very cumbersome way to view videos on the app. Wish QVC tech support would respond to this issue. I shop almost exclusively from the app and use the demonstration videos for almost every product I view, so I'm frustrated that they are now gone.</description>

      <description>BTW - I've called customer service (not confident the rep understood what I was talking about), emailed customer service and reported the problem when asked for feedback on the app. Not sure where else to go for now...maybe uninstall and reinstall the app again... I agree, that's cumbersome and it's poor design (or a software glitch) to hide the videos in that way.  Why would anyone want to wait to view videos until after adding something to the cart?&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;The app lists a "contact us" email address:  support@qvc.com.  That might be more effective than the phone number.  In an email, we can provide a more detailed description of the problem and even add screen shots.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt; &lt;/P&gt;</description>

The iPad app and the iPhone app aren't programmed the same, which accounts for some of the discrepancies.  I tried using both and I was able to view a few videos on both of them, so I wonder if it might be specific to the product.  I hurt my back, haven't been able to spend time looking at this.  I chose the items at random, so I'll have to try again and see if I can find a couple with videos.  If I do, I'll post them here for you to try.&lt;/P&gt; &lt;P&gt;hth!       <description>Hi, Mindy. I haven't been able to get videos at all on my iPad since February, although they are available through the app on my iPhone 5 and of course on .com. I've sent multiple emails to customer service, no luck so far. Just have to get used to it I guess, but I really hate the inconvenience of having to track down the videos by other methods when I'm in the app... Hope it's fixed soon and I hope your issue resolves soon!</description>

      <description>Flash can't be used on the iPad or the iPhone. Never have been since the beginning; never will be. I use the current version of iOS and Safari and can see all videos except ones that are several years old. However, I can't watch live streaming on either the website or app for more than about ten minutes before it crashes.</description>
