when there will be a free shipping day here? I have a full wish list. I shop the bargains generally. I do not want to pay $5.50 sh&h on a $10 item though. (usually household)

I asked this very question a while ago. And one person suggested it could be around the end of the quarter, because they want to boost the sales figures.

The shipping can get quite pricey. I try to just include it in the price of the item and not think of it separate. That helps me determine if it's a deal or not.

I hate to return an item because of the shipping but, sometimes things have to go back. Especially if it cheaper than keeping. In those instances, I try to wait until I receive everything I know is coming (yes. I order several things a month) and then return in one package. It does save on the shipping, as many times they only charge me one return fee.

It must be a real mess in their receiving dept. I can only imagine.

I was hoping for free shipping this weekend too, since it's Christmas in July.

But HSN has free shipping all weekend so the Q isn't competing with that.

Hopefully QVC does something at the end of the month when they have their CIJ finale July 29-31.

I'm guessing around the first or second weekend in August. Some states have sales tax holidays ar that time and the free shipping increases the savings.

@okaywitheasypay - Regarding the 10.00 item, ask yourself if 15.50 is a fair price for this product.
