Why is Vionic shoes not offering free shipping on every shoe now

I have been wondering about that also. I have decided to not order Vionic shoes several times that were on clearance and had S&H. I am sure some people may have not noticed. Don't know for sure, but may be QVC's decision. On July 4th during several Vionic presentations I heard Liam mention that shipping is always free on Vionic shoes.

When Vionic (then called Orthoheel) first came to QVC they did charge shipping. I remember having to pay shipping on them. This was on full priced shoes.
I assume that as the price of the shoe goes down that the price of the shipping does not get covered in that price.
