Price Adjustment

I purchased an item from Kathy Levine's show last week. It was new and I noticed that today it has been reduced by $13. I am sure that this has been addressed before but I have never asked for a price adjustment. How do I go about requesting a price adjustment? Thanks for your help.

@50Mickey Just call CS and ask for it. The item must have shipped before they can give it to you.

Its easy I've done it a number of times....call customer service...have the item number and say you want a credit for the difference....if a price has gone down within 30 from purchase date.... you can request an adjustment....

They have always honored my request. Takes forever for it too show up on your credit card, though.

You can ask over chat also, I find the chat feature more convenient than calling.

@misspammie Kathy has a line of Diamonique jewelry and has been on quite frequently, often on Q2. I believe she appeared this morning. Sometimes she has a whole show, sometimes she'll just present an item or two.

Same old wonderful Kathy. She hasn't changed.

@50Mickey - In addition to the options already mentioned, you can send an email to qvcsocialteam@qvc.com with your order details and the newly listed price to request an adjustment. They're very speedy and have helped me many times. Good luck!

CS will be happy to give an adjustment credit within 30 days of purchase, I get them often from HSN.

After I buy an item from HSN, I keep the item in my faves list for 30 days and check on it daily.

I just emailed the social team and asked for a price adjustment on one of Kathy's necklaces. They responded and credited me within 5 minutes.
