I didn't think they did, either. However, I was told by an Etsy seller that QVC and HSN charged restocking fees to cover their losses on returns, so she was doing the same thing. I had purchased an item from her and didn't really like it when I got it, so, notified her that I would be returning and she informed me there would be a 20% restocking fee for a return, but, not on an exchange. That was not stated in her return policy on the listing. She says it was stated on her homepage. Maybe so, but, why should I look at her homepage when there is a return policy listed on the item?

Anyway, I was pretty sure QVC or HSN weren't charging for restocking.

@Sapphiregal Sounds like you've found a con artist. I'd report her to Etsy and if she tries to charge you, protest the charge to your cc company.

No, neither QVC nor HSN charge restocking fees and you can inform her of that with certainty.
