Buyer beware! I ordered Candance Cameron Bure jeans and had to return them because they were too large. I was very surprised when my refund was $12.45 less. I know you can to pay shipping and return shipping but when I called customer service I was informed that return shipping was $8.95! I assumed it was $6.95. That did it for me. I’ll be shopping elsewhere.

the cost is usually right on their preprinted label.

0 to 5 lbs: $6.95

5.01 to 10 lbs: $8.95

10.01 to 150 lbs: $10.95

@sunshine45 @Carol in Maryland Jeans are heavy. I think twice before ordering and returning them. I usually stick to the same brand, check measurement so I know they'll fit.

So I used the easy return function following the instructions when using the qvceasyreturns email. I returned 3 items using the return labels provided, and also provided all the information they state you need to set forth in the email. They claim that as soon as they receive the email, they refund you and credit your original payment. That was three days ago and I have heard nothing. I also re-emailed my email to them,asking for a follow up. Still nothing, I then forwarded ittothe QVC'social team and stil l nothing - so much for easy returns/refunds

@Kachina624 In a perfect world maybe. I always use the garment measurements when ordering and most of the time it works. But sometimes the measurements are way off and you have to return

they dont, but you should be able to figure it out yourself. item price OR easy pay payment, no refund of original shipping and handling, cost of prepaid label.

it does take 3 -7 days to acknowledge your easy returns if you are using that method. i generally have my refund in around 7 or 8 days. it is not an instant process.

@sunshine45 @Teddixat Two of the items should ride back on one label fee so you should be charged for two return label fees plus original shipping.

Are you sure you used the correct address for the mods? I sent them a msg this evening and got a response in minutes. Try again, qvcsocialteam@qvc.com

thank you, I did not know what the turn around was/is for refunds, thanks. Yes I used the correct email for both easy returns abd the social team.

@Kachina624 I return very little but sometimes things just don't work out and as in a pair of logo jeans that the garment measurements were a bit different than I'm used to, I ordered the 4 - the 2 were not available, I was hoping they'd work but they were way too big, kept slipping down because the waist and hips were too big, leaving me with baggy but.

I used the Easy Return process this week. I sent my email early Monday morning and just received the response saying they had issued my refund. It is Friday evening so it took about 5 days to get a response..

@Kachina624 when I go to my order to look at the refund. It only shows the original total price I paid, plus tax amd shipping and handling with the refund amount underneath, They don't even show the easy payments originally selected if at all.

Hi @Teddixat! There really should be a "Payment History" on your order page, even if there was a refund. If no payments show, have you tried tapping the little + sign by the words "Payment History?" Crazy though...different platforms, apps, software..seems like everybody gets something different. And yeah..guess we have to do the math.

The Return charges are now uncompetitive. I was shocked when I had to pay the $3.50 shipping and then $6.95 for the return. With so many other retailers shipping for free and no cost returns, I will now be shopping elsewhere. It's too bad because I do like

QVC.

The email return address was helpful, especially because they sent out the replacement right away. Unfortunately, the replacement was still the wrong product. I ordered a philosophy shower gel, got the body lotion. Returned to body lotion, asked for the shower gel to be sent as originally requested, got another body lotion.

Ended up just keeping the wrong product. It's just too frustrating to try to get a QVC return done right, no matter how they tell you to do it.

On a related note, I don't think I'm going to get my Beauty with Benefits gift bag, even though I ordered early on, because of the "glitch".

I'm trying again with the TSV, because I like the patent Think Roylln bag, but I'm very discouraged by QVC right now.
