Is the Chat Live function disabled on QVC.com

I tried to do a chat with Customer Service and seems to be disabled. Is this something new? Do I need to call customer service now? Making it harder now to get a hold of customer service?

It's been disabled for awhile. You;ll have to call customer service. You used to be able to email the mods here--they were GREAT at helping solve issues!

FYI, I just used chat live and it works great. Maybe ut is your device. I am using a Amazon Fire HD.

I just used the Chat feature to cancel a 4/1 order that still hadn't shipped. Worked great and Agent was super helpful. The Agents on Chat are the best and get issues resolved quickly.
