No boycott for me either, @They CallMe MRWILKES...well except I do have to boycott a host or two or three here on the Q which is unfortunate. But I was just wishing for free shipping earlier this week but did not expect it. I will shop and enjoy free shipping today for sure! My husband.....not so much. Ha!

I do what a number of other posters do: I keep track of the price and shipping on items of interest and compare when free shipping occurs.

If the price were to go up more than the shipping ( which has happened to me rarely), I just walk on by.

Nothing here is a need (for me.)

@Travone I did have some things that I was interested in & when I saw free Shipping I was happy.

The price of the items had gone up, so it is a wash.

I can't believe it but so far, I haven't bought anything. I went through my wish list and saved items. Whatever it was I like about those things, but not enough to pay shipping; is not enough with free shipping. LOL

I don't know if any of the prices went up. But it is a good idea if you really are waiting on the free shipping to track that. Because what it the shipping is less than the hike! Oh QVC, well played, sneaky sneaks. LOL

yeah!!! Yes, I bought 9 items, most CCB items. Not one item had gone up in price. Of course, they are all Clearance or As Is though. The total purchase was 92.91. I was not expecting FS today but glad it came when it did. Got some great deals, better than Ebay pricing, which I always compare to.

How about Free Return Shipping for items that don't fit properly, according to 'Garment Measurements'?

I use that information, along with feedback, to order clothing - but sometimes it's even fabrics which have no give, or are too thin.

I know, I know - call QVC and get a free return label, but that's not always given, and at $6.99 to return something, I am not pleased with that.

Yep - and even if you purchase the 'as is' version, it can be $50 for a top (Lori Goldstein) -

I am not purchasing anything, maybe if I see a big sale, but $3.50 free shipping is peanuts!

And I just purchased a brand new Lori Goldstein top on ebay for $11.99, which is in the neighborhood of $70 here.

I always look at 'as is' or ebay, nothing like a good bargain!

Bought a set of sheets that were $10. Off the tsv price I paid a year ago. My favorite sheets so I bought a set for guest bedroom. 100% supima cotton! Also got another set of the Petra storage boxes; with both saved $11. Total in shipping!

I've been expecting a free shipping day this month and picked up items that normally are $5.50 or $7.50 shipping. None of them were marked up today, and the $26.00 S/H charges I saved paid for my lantern with $$ left over (so to speak.)

I ordered a hand bag and some bookends that were in my saved items category. The prices for these two items hadn't changed.

however, another item that I ordered last week, that still hasn't shipped, did go UP in price. It would be a wash for me to cancel that item and order it for the free shipping. Sometimes, free shipping isn't the best way to get a lower price.

To cjm61 I am glad to hear that the items that you purchased on free shipping didn't go up in price. The 2 items I wanted did go up in price. I think if it is an item that doesn't sell well they won't up the price. That is the only I can come up with.
