Email re streaming on both QVC and HSN

I received an email from what is now referred to as H+Q announcing that streaming is now available. Has anyone else received this email? We have been discussing this for weeks. What are the implications of this new feature? Seems like all the shows on QVC and HSN are now available at any time. Anyone wish to comment?

What do you mean "implications"? It's essentially the same as the on demand feature on your cable package. If I missed Leah's show this morning because I had to leave for work, I can stream it later this evening. Pricing and inventory may have changed, but that happens when shows rerun on Q2 too.

Why don't they just say "reruns" instead of "streaming"?

Because you can also stream it live.

Because they stream online rather than repeat on a broadcast channel.

@santorini @The shows are both live and in video. You can interact with the host or whoever is on them when they are live. It's kind of fun. You can ask questions, see items for sale from a different visual perspective, hear about and participate in contests and see some items you didn't know Q had because they were not presented on television.
