    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm wary of jewelry returns now.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;One Christmas a while back I returned a gold Adi Paz pendant, in the usual way with their return label.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Somewhere on its return journey, but let's face it - it was almost certainly a QVC employee, stole it and substituted a piece of base metal.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I got this metal object sent to me by QVC with a very unpleasant huge black font letter accusing me of having done it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i tried to pursue the matter because they can see I have a superb customer record but they just didn't want to know. I was stunned that they wouldn't even consider giving me the benefit of the doubt. I've even previously returned a jewelry item sent to me in error and worth far more than I one I ordered on that occasion. So much for honesty.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I just had to accept that I had bought some scumbag in their returns department a gold pendant for a Christmas present.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hello friends,&lt;BR /&gt;Twice it has happened where I have returned a jewelry item within a shared box of other items, but the return credit did not appear. All items were separated and placed in their original packaging with hopes of nothing being overlooked (and there weren’t a lot of items). I contacted customer service each time, and they were most helpful, but it peaked my curiosity. Have any of you experienced this problem as well?</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/244932"&gt;@Trdfe&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- I find that QVC has the best customer service of all the online shopping networks, bar none, and this has been the case for decades. I have never had the issue you mentioned, but whenever I returned multiple items, I wrote additional words on the return slip indicating that multiple items were being returned in the box and exactly what they were. I squeezed in the words, and that did the trick for me. I haven't returned multiple items in quite a while (several years), though. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Were all your returned items also jewelry?&amp;nbsp; I usually package returns only with like items, clothing/shoes, or jewelry. This way I am sure I get the proper credits. I seldom use the prepaid labels, unless it's one shoe product returning, then it's cheaper than shipping myself.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.qvc.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/97754"&gt;@charsha&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Happened to me&amp;nbsp; 3 yrs ago .&amp;nbsp; First makesure the return shipping destination is the same for all items ,&amp;nbsp; it used not to be all the same&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; .It seems staff at return facilities&amp;nbsp; just scan the outsode label and that's it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; better to place&amp;nbsp; all items&amp;nbsp; in separate bags with a " return your way " label on outside of bag of each item returned per order, then you can place in one&amp;nbsp; big box or big package if you want to " return&amp;nbsp; your way " and pay postage.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just besure to check that they don't automatically charge you a return shipping fee as that has happened to me&amp;nbsp; and other posters on these boards&lt;/P&gt;</description>
