    <description>Dear Q, please rethink your process of not allowing the hosts show colors that have sold out. When a color or style comes back in stock but is not shown in the video (bc it was sold out at the time the video was done), you are not allowing a customer who would potentially purchase the now available item to see it in the video! Sorry, it's a pet peeve...that has prevented me from purchasing many items, and I'd think I'm not the only one...js</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I agree.  I've gone to the video so many times only to find the color option I want to see was not part of the show...  Annoying and frankly, it limits sales because I then don't tend to order until I can see the color in which I'm interested...  Sometimes that can take a while and sometimes it never seems to happen...  I've never understood this need to whisk items off stage immediately when they sell out...&lt;/P&gt;</description>
