"GET RID OF THE LABELS, QVC"!!

I, for one am getting sick of people being "LABELED" by AGE, GENDER and ETHICITY! We are ALL "HUMANS" and just drop them! STOP featuring the same items over and over again and introduce "NEW IDEAS" and "NEW PRODUCTS', with the top selling ones!......You need to tone down some of your "HOSTS" into a "calmer demeanor"!....MALLY, may be a great make up artist, but I have to turn off the channel when she comes on because she acts like she is "out of control" (so hyper)!...CALM DOWN!......I will NOT mention several other hosts, but, if you are aware they also need to calm and slow down!! No one will replace "CAROLY GRACIE" with "GARY", as they complimented one another!...A "BIG MISTAKE"! BETTER DESIGNS AND BETTER PRICES! When you include the shipping and handling, it is over the top!...JUST A FEW IDEAS IF "ANYONE" in Customer Service is "LISTENING:?...At the top of this page, you say you are "LISTENING" to your customers?....SHOW US!!!

@SweetSpice . This is a customer forum and you can contact QVC directly if you want to communicate with them.

You seem agitated and with CAPS which means you are yelling, doesn't necessarily mean you'll be getting anyone's attention this way.

Has anyone else noticed how every other person posting here is suddenly an expert on retail corporate operations? Poor CEOs a really didn't need to get those MBAs or hire staffs of hundreds of experts.

Some posts have become too repetitious to read.

@SweetSpice Please don't make yourself "sick," with Q shopper frustration. There's no cure, if you do.

These rants have become so repetitive, that they're falling on deaf ears. I'm pretty sure the Q is aware of customer disappointment.

The Q is not ignorant to the fact, that profit numbers are declining. It seems they're trying to rectify this. Maybe they can, maybe not, but it's their ballpark. We just get to visit the field. We're helpless in changing the game. We can only change our participation, if it bugs us enough.

@Kachina624 . Recent spate of repitious back seat driver posts....and typically as in this case no reply to any of the posts.

Something just seems way off with the recent rant posts. Maybe it has been this way for a long time on the forum, rant and run and don't reply but this seems to be more common now.

@rockygems123 @BlueFinch There are often good points made in these posts, however, the authors don't consider that there may be good reasons why things are as they are.

We all (me too) hate long, monotonous, frequent TSV presentations, however, nobody here sees the sales figures so, who knows, maybe they're productive even if they chase many of us away.

There's an awful lot of information and data that we'll never see. There are things we hate but there may be a good reason they are as they are. Their first responsibility to their stockholders and secondarily they hope the customers stick around to help with that.

@SweetSpice If you're fairly new to the forums, or haven't read a lot of the older posts, you are probably unaware that many have spoken up. It's an old theme. Some have even taken it upon themselves to take complaints to the top.

No one here is disagreeing with you that problems exist. It's just that this forum will have little impact on change.

Many companies/retailers are, and have been, struggling. It's not just the Q. We're not privy to the Q's organizational dynamics. They are making changes they feel necessary, whether we like them, or not.

Shoppers' complaining about trivial issues is not on their agenda, nor are our "ideas." We think we could fix it all, but we don't really have a clue.

They're clearly trying to give the years gone by, old school TV shopping platform a new birth, before eventually phasing out completely. This will be a big challenge, in today's market. It amounts to a wait and see situation.

I doubt even the employees' "ideas" gather much serious support. It never did where I worked. Just sayin'.

Yes! I actually placed 5 orders with QVC last week, and am definitely keeping 4. Still considering the other.

I think those of us who are happy with our purchases don't often post about them. I'd like to do that more often, but don't always have the time.

Labels are not all bad. For example I read this morning that this may be the last year the Academy Awards with have the two catagories of Actor and Actress. I think this is a very odd idea. I guess the award would be "Person Acting in a Movie" or something like that. I think this new push to remove ALL labels can go too far. In my opinion.

@SweetSpice, I admit, I'm confused. From the tone of your post I can't help but to think you are mouthing off.

I also think it's a jump to assert that "thinkers" make change and voice opinions. But people will believe what they want to believe.
