Is anyone else upset that they are no longer include return labels?

I miss having the return labels include in packages. They used to make it easy to do returns, now you have to go online, print the lable, and use up a bunch of tape. Now I have to think twice about ordering. Sad QVC

Nope! No need to waste all of the resources and money to send out in every package. Most other companies I order from don't include them either.

I am very upset about not receiving return labels etc with purchase. I DO NOT own a printer ,thus have to call customer service, have them mail me a return label,,wait 10 days etc to arrive by mail., then return item,,and another easy pay slips thru due to all the delays due to no return label. I am being much more selective in items that I purchase as this has become too much for me to have to deal with for a purchase. Sorry QVC but everyone does not own printers.

I very seldom use the QVC label to return things, I print my own and then send it. I almost always throw the shipping receipt away as soon as I open the box.

I bought five AS IS items on the last free shipping day. All came with return labels.

That makes absolutely no sense, but it's true.

I'm still getting paperwork with my orders, no matter what warehouse they're shipped from. Some people have said that orders from Ontario, CA, don't include paperwork but mine have. I don't get it! It is a nice convenience but I can do without. I have a printer.

Yes. Disgusted..

Several times when I returned something heavy, the 6.95 return shipping was so much less than the post office.

Also, I found return labels convenient to use.

In all the years I have shopped here, I only ever had to return anything a rare few times so for me I don't want them.

I always get the invoice. Maybe because I still get a paper bill? If you chose electronic billing maybe they don't send one. I rarely send anything back but makes it easier.

I do not receive paper billing (online only) and I still get the return paperwork/invoice included with orders. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I don't order much, but I've been lucky. My orders arrive by the time I thought they would, I 've had return labels and receipts in pretty much everything. The one item I remember had none was an auto-delivery. I knew immediately I wanted to keep it. Just finished a series of IT auto-orders last week. Shredded the order/receipt materials right after I stored the product.

As most of the other posters said, I always receive one. I don't even want it, I never save them, even if I haven't tried an item. I toss everything. Then, if I have to return an item, and it is so rare that I think I returned one item last year, I just print up my order, stick the item in an envelope or box, address it myself, and it's done.

I am baffled why some people don't get invoices. It seems as though I always have one from QVC. I order a lot from many different companies, most do not send an invoice. You have to go online to do the return. If it truly is so bothersome for some to not receive the invoice, perhaps shopping in a store in person would be best. I think online businesses are steering away from receipts and labels.

I just received a Joan Rivers blouse with a return label and invoice. The items I've received from HSN have also included a return label. I guess I'm just lucky??!!!

I still get return labels with all of my orders, the last order I received was on Monday and it had a return label.
