What motivates you to purchase from QVC

Is it the free shipping offers? The 5 payment plan? Clearance prices? The "as is" offerings? New merchandise? What?

Quality, Value, and especially convenience! I've been shopping with QVC since 1986. I've loved almost everything I have purchased. I love having items delivered right to my door and rarely return anything.

I enjoy just having QVC on in the background while I work from home because the hosts are funny and entertaining....just fun! You never know when you might see a great BIG deal.

I'm sure my bank account would prefer I didn't shop so much....but I love QVC!

For me, QVC has a variety of clothing, different sizes and colors! The pricing is high though!

I have been "motivated" to shop less and less on here. Mostly due to extended delivery times and shipping costs. I will say though I have a lot of nice items from the Q over the years but I have been slipping away as many others have. Once in awhile I still see something I really like so I will still purchase but the price has to be reasonable and the shipping free. Also customer ratings are a factor always.

In the past few years, only free shipping motivates me to purchase.

If I'm interested in an item, I note the price and shipping charge and will purchase during a free shipping event if the numbers work out.

@newname0 Specific brands such as Barefoot Dreams, Lock & Lock, and Isaac Mizrahi. I can't get better pricing on BFD, can't find the selection of Lock & Lock anywhere else, and love Isaac's items. Most of my purchases now are either "as-is", lunchtime special,or TSV, since the regular pricing on these items many times are more then I want to spend.

Free shipping and the easy pays is also nice, since I can pay a portion, and then if I need to return (rarely), I haven't put out the entire amount and waiting for a refund for the full amount.

I just don't shop in stores anymore (other than my grocery store and pharmacy) and would never take the time to just "browse." I see items on QVC all the time that I would have no idea about if I didn't see them here. And I love Susan Graver's line of clothes.

Free shipping is a great motivator though lol. I had a bunch of stuff saved and just purchased them due to the free shipping.

Offering petite sizes, especially in pants and pajamas, is one reason the Q works for me. Also presentations provide information about the product that you don't get when shopping in stores. Easy pay helps for big ticket items and/or things I am not sure i will like or if they will fit. I don't shop like I used to so the convenience of items sent to my home is a good thing.

It used to be the prices----now, not so much. Seems I can find most things for the same price, sometimes less, with free shipping and returns and faster delivery.

Usually it has been unique items that I cannot or have not seen in the stores here in our small town, household items. I don't buy clothing because I'm not sure what the fit will be or how it will look on me and I won't pay the return shipping so I buy clothing and shoes at local shops when I can try things on before buying. Lately I have been buying tried and trusted brands that I can rely on the quality or things I absolutely cannot find locally. I'm no longer impulse buying like I have over the past few years due to cost.

I'm a shopper and I love shopping. I love seeing and hearing presentations from someone knowledgeable about the product.

I'm interested in everything. For instance, seeing David selling bottle openers for everything. Never saw that before. That thing opened everything I have and need. Item was explained carefully, shown visually, and the need was there and the price was right.

Love they sell so many petites. Can't find that many in one place any where. The only thing I'm not interested in is electronics, but I even watch that sometime to "keep up."

As a serious shopper, I am interested in products and no entertainment. Sadly, there have become many products and items I would love to watch, but due to their awful presentations deprives me from even watching.

The Q has lost a lot of money from me, b/c of their inability to hire real host/salespeople. I'm not interested in any of the hosts lives, just their ability to present products knowledgeably. The Q doesn't seem to be interested in that any more. If they don't want my money, many other places do.

Free shipping usually helps decide if I have a specific item in mind. I watch for clearance prices on clothing. Mostly I buy Denim & Co., kitchen items. As an old person walking around stores is tiresome. Watching certain hosts though is no longer pleasant. Over all I like waiting for packages and rarely have problems. I do use easy pay simply because they offer it. Lindt chocolates is the only food product I buy.

@Kallena I have also been shopping here since 1986. I have purchased many great items that I can not find elsewhere. But since I am retired, I don't need much that I can't find locally. I'll continue to shop here, but only for the things that are great bargains.
My bank account needs a rest too. 😊
