    <description>&lt;P&gt;My two cents worth is that if a company makes returns a problem for me, I will most likely look elsewhere for what I want.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The best company for returns that I've dealt with is Zappos.&amp;nbsp; They don't send the paperwork but their system is user friendly and they communicate with the customer along the way.&amp;nbsp; Very smooth process and trustworthy.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sorry if this has&amp;nbsp; been beat to death, but all the previous comments were really old.&amp;nbsp; I won't be buying more items if QVC can't even bother with a packing slip &amp;amp; return label in the package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I just spent time with C/S rep Jorge who documented my return information because there was no packing slip in my the bag of a Lori G. item that I can't&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;believe is wearable by others.&amp;nbsp; So I have to print out a return label, document my purchase and take it to the post office,,&amp;nbsp; Yes I suppose I could pay full price for retuning Q's way - but maybe I can save a couple of dollars my way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;I understand they don't want you "returning your way", but no documentation at all is sent with the purchase?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've been shopping as long a there has been a QVC - next time I see something I think I can't live without, I'll check out some of the other places I've seen mentioned,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks, but I just got an email from C/S and the rep got it all wrong - now they have sent me a Return Label which negates the "my way" mailing.&amp;nbsp; I just wanted the correct address to send it to -&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;back to the drawing board - might just toss the top from Lori in a trash bin - awful to be so ticked by a shopping channel -&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;sorry.not sorry.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I must be the one confused.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;So QVC is sending you a return label that will include the information you need on where to return it. What would preclude you from using that information and mailing it back using whatever method you want? They've provided the information. Use their label or create your own. (Though considering current shipping rates QVC may be the most economical.)&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to USPS.com and sign up for your mail person to pick up your return during normal mail delivery.&amp;nbsp; The mail person will come to your door.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I pretty much order online only from Amazon and Zappos because my refund is issued the minute my return is scanned at UPS or Kohls. Ordered a jacket from Lands End and 5 weeks later they had not yet issued my credit and no communication saying they had received my return. I had to call their CS, then they said oh yeah they got it and would issue my credit today. Unacceptable. Still order now and then from Q but never &amp;nbsp;clothing or shoes. Risk of incorrect fit is too high. Sometimes order online from Target or Kohls, but easy returns because those stores are right around corner from me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I'm still having a very hard time understanding why anyone is complaining about this.&amp;nbsp; QVC was very unique in including the return packing slips - FOR YEARS.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;There are many other companies which I order from that don't include a packing slip.&amp;nbsp; This is nothing new, honestly for years these other companies (not just the A company).&amp;nbsp; I NEVER complain about having to go to their website and simply clicking on the return button to print out a return slip.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Its not difficult people and anyone who gives the excuse what if I don't have a printer again you are a small minority making excuses.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;With my last 2 QVC orders I have gotten packing slips and return labels and that's a good thing because I've returned both items!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;I've also gotten return labels and packing slips from Blair and Land's End.&amp;nbsp; I guess it's just a hit or miss thing with these retailers??!!&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I must be in the minority. I bought a relatively inexpensive printer (I've always had one) and I use my printer a lot. &amp;nbsp;Like quite a bit. &amp;nbsp;I can't imagine being without a printer. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
