I received two separate packages with two separate return labels. They would have easily fit in one package. The item is too small so I have to return both. Do they honestly think I am going to pay $6.95 to return each item separately? I think not, but I suppose an inexperienced Q shopper might. CS rep says to return in the same package, which I obviously will, but she admitted that if I returned them in the two separate packages that they came in I would most likely be charged two separate return shipping charges. That's just wrong and close to consumer fraud! The Q shipping game continues!
