Why is it called "Fashionably Early with Jayne & Pat"?

I can't remember the last time I saw Jayne & Pat host the entire "Fashionably Early with Jayne * Pat" show. I don't know why they don't just drop the names and call it "Fashionably Early". If they did this, the hosts would not have to explain where Pat and/or Jayne are. Personally I don't like it when Pat & Jayne are on together, there's too much of the giggling and other odd things, (slurping, singing, sort-of dancing, etc) but that's just my opinion. Anyway, why not just "Fashionably Early"?

I agree and I don't like when they are on together either. I don't see why every show (almost) has to have a host or hosts name attached to it.

I've wondered the same thing. If the two of them are on together 3 times out of the month, it's a miracle. Just drop the names altogether.

I think it's because they feel it began as their show and it's okay to have subs. I just wish they would get someone else besides Rachel or just let Pat/Jayne host alone when one or the other is gone.

I feel they work apart so much better.Together,it becomes all about them and not the product information.I have had enough of the giggling,dancing,telling personal stories,while the time runs out,on the product,they are trying to present,and you still do not know the colors available!

I think it's more of an ego thing when hosts feel the need to add their names to the shows. In the case of ""Fashionably Early with Jayne and Pat"".. it's Jayne's ego that's first and foremost. (Take note...her name is always put first..in this particular show and the new show ""Get Social with Jayne and Rachel"".)

Luvvy, I totally agree with you! I don't enjoy Rachel at all and I think the show would be perfectly fine with either Jayne or Pat alone if one or the other cannot host a particular day. They don't need 2 hosts. If they must have 2, why not Gabrielle, Carolyn, Sandra, etc.?

I personally don't mind Pat & Jayne together though, despite some other peoples' opinions. Friday happens to be my day off and I enjoy actually seeing some fashions instead of vacuums, computers, and beds. After all, after AM Style on Saturday morning, you can say goodbye to anything I would be remotely interested in until Monday comes around!!
