Just saw that Erin Mosley's husband, Jeff, left qvc. I believe he was a jewelry buyer; I think expensive jewelry is not selling like it used to; not his fault but the price of gold is off the charts. Forgive me if I spelled his name wrong. I enjoy his wife, Erin, when she presents Diamonique!.

Maybe he got a better offer somewhere? It seemed like his QVC appearances were very infrequent. Perhaps he wasn't needed enough to earn a living. QVC financial reports have shown for years that jewelry is selling poorly.

I just read that both Jeff and Erin were on JTV. I read that Jeff left in 2015 to pursue some business with a cruise line. Erin was a host and so was Jeff.

I only saw him a few times and found him to be somewhat arrogant. I didn't care for him Maybe he was unhappy with his job. His wife, however, is very nice.

Perhaps the reason jewelry is not selling as well as it used to is because when they do have infrequent jewelry shows, they are always the same 2 or 3 lines, and except for diamonique, same expensive designer jewelry. Don't get me wrong, I really like JAI jewelry, but wish they would try to go back to what helped bring them to where they are today, to-wit: Weekly Sunday morning AFFORDABLE sterling silver, with one four hour silver style on Sunday morning each month. And more costume jewelry shows; remembering so looking forward to Nolan Miller shows and surely they could find comparable jewelry lines. And while I know gold is sky high, especially to what it used to be, perhaps going back to trying a weekly or at least a monthly "gold rush" that loyal QVC customers for years could mark their calendars by. Now it seems like they are mostly interested in same old time slot clothing and shoe shows and really just how many clothes will fit in our closets? Mix it up please and maybe the jewelry sales would come back, but mix in affordable sterling and nice costume jewelry and make it on air routinely.

Steal my jewelry will never have price fro m the 1990s . Gold Rush days are over. Clearly was no longer a money maker. Everything changes.

QVC's jewelry offerings have become so predictable---no wonder Q's jewelry sales keep going down and down-I dont blame Jeff for leaving to pursue greener$ "pastures"--

JMHO but I seldom see anything interesting as far as QVC jewelry.....I'm so tired of Diamonque and their fake diamonds, same ole box chains, Italian circle styled jewelry, all the Byzantine styles...and lots of JAI.......

We seldom see Or Paz, Hagit, and other unique artisan vendors anymore!!!.....I know precious metals are now expensive, but I remember when QVC even offered some nice stylish "fashion jewelry" at affordable prices....Yep, easy to see why jewelry continues to decline....

Well we all know the definition of "insanity"----doing the same thing but expecting different results----and that's what QVC has been doing now for quite a while and it's definitely NOT working! I agree with @just wonder why not try something a little different---it can't get worse than whats happening now 🙄 Maybe its time for some nice fashion jewelry without the fake diamonds.....It would be a welcome change considering today's retail climate for jewelry and cost of precious metals!

I remember when "vault" jewelry used to be offered at affordable prices. Yes, the metal has gone up, but the original prices shown are what I call "fake retails," leaving room for markdowns when more items are sold. They do the same thing with apparel. I believe it's the only way they can survive in this competitive market.

id like to see Paul Deasey host jewelry shows. I recall he would visit mines trying to find the best and most precious stones. I trust Paul and he has ties to the QVC family.
