I ordered the Bethlehem lights TSV on 8-25. Now this if probably one of the smallest pkgs that has to be sent. I am in NW Ohio. So far this pkg has gone from:

Suffolk VA to

Ashland VA to

Urbancrest OH to

Hendersonville TN to

Smyrna TN, sitting there since 8-29.

Terrible!!

I'm in SW Ohio, mine shipped out of Florence SC, went to Butner NC and has arrived in Urbancrest. If Urbancrest sends it to Cincinnati like they usually do, it will sit down there for days. It's really frustrating. My last pkg that went to Cinci, left Cinci to Michigan, from Michigan to Pittsburgh, then back to Cinci!

QVC's shipping practices are horrible. It takes so long to receive orders due to the fact the items travel all over the US. They make a fortune on return shipping charges and it takes a long time to receive your refund.

@Blackcatmom QVC has nothing to do with routing packages. That's purely in the hands of the shipper, usually UPS or USPS. Seems like a lot of packages get on the wrong truck.

If you want a fast refund, use the speedy return procedure.

Of course I know how QVC's processing goes. It doesn't make sense.

I DO order from many online sources, because I can't get out to shop so much anymore, and their shipping does not take the length of time that QVC takes to ship. Nor do they send it all over the country.

I am entitled to rant a little and state my opinion.

I in VA and got mine yesterday. I put a battery in one and the clasp fell off! Reinstalled it and it works, Didn't want to break others and left battery in until November. I think I have until Jan 31 if they all break to return them??!!

@1Snickers I finally got mine. Same thing happened to me with the clasp. The button is very hard to push and they are very dim. Brightness button doesn't work to make them brighter. New battery, too. I'm sending them back. Nothing like they showed on TV. Very disappointed in BL.

@Patriot3 Thanks for the information on your light strings.
Because you've had a problem also and mine weren't as bright as they were showing I'm returning mine also.
So much for "special value"! Agreed the Bethlehem lights name used to be considered quality.
