topic Too many returns/cancellations letter - after how many/how long? in Q Talk https://community.qvc.com/t5/Q-Talk/Too-many-returns-cancellations-letter-after-how-many-how-long/m-p/164924#M2409 <P>Hi, I brought this up in another thread but it got caught between some other discussion so I'll put it out here for those who might be able to address it.</P> <P>Subject is getting a warning letter from Q when you have too many returns or cancellations.</P> <P>Is this assessment of your purchases done yearly or quarterly or some other timeframe?</P> <P>Is it based on high volume, like greater than 'x' number of purchases or can you get ding'd if you buy say 5 items in one month, and return 3 of them?</P> <P>There are times when I've done several returns or cancellations of an A/D program close together. But I've never gotten any letter so it makes me think they must track you for a pattern.</P> <P>I hear it's based on 40% but of what/when?
